comment_rave is a new free commenting system. Designed for use exactly like Haloscan, it is simple to create comments pop-ups using the one-click process.
It is theme enabled, to allow you to seamlessly intergrate it into your website. It also doesn't require MySQL, using text files to store data. This also allows for easy backups if needed.
