PhpRealty is a realty program based on the same concept as open realty (http://openrealty.org) but I have programmed this from scratch.
It uses PHP/MYSQL and it is has a template engine so you can change the complete look by making your own templates.
It is simple to use and will be available soon! Current version is 0.02! try it out.. it is a significant upgrade to version 0.01
Currently it is free (open source). I will be offering a charge to people, businesses to install it on their servers or to make a custom design for the system.
