jAC is a web hosted Availability Calendar System and Contact/Booking Request Form, and Availability SEARCH system. (Searches all the common calendars like renorsorg, cyberrentalscom, vacationrentalscom, holiday-rentalscom, etc...) Because it is hosted on our server, you don't need to know any programming or scripting. For Listing Services, we provide your own database. Individuals share a common database. We provide you simple links that you could bookmark, or include in your own web site. You can personalize this availablity calendar with links to local attractions, photos of your unit, almost anything! Private comments for your to make notes about each booking. Use it as a basic calendar if you don't like the advanced features. Embed the Request Form in your site and you'll recieve requests direct to your email. If you want complete control there is option for external CSS file. Scripts to Access all your data through simple XML url provided free.
