TextAds 3.0 is a script you can use to create a site similar to text-links-ads or google AdSense where people can buy and sell (publishers) TextLink on own pages. This script use Paypal for all transactions (Payments, Refunds, Invoices) so a Business or Premier account and API credentials are required (this last one are used for REFUNDS).
